Many promised dates for work to be done have passed by and we were left to complete larger jobs. Tools were used and taken from our shop and have not been returned. And to top it off our invoice was dated 3 weeks earlier then when we actually received it via email and terms are to pay upon receipt....... even though the doors are not functional the way we agreed.

When our garage door failed due to the spring mechanism, Ram Doors came to the rescue the very next day with the needed repairs. Within an hour the door was up and performing as it should.

This company is quite busy but it was worth it to wait for my appointment. The servicemen arrived on time and were very efficient.They brought two new springs that exactly matched what was required.
