I would leave messages asking for various departments to reach out to me with no response. When I asked to speak with the GM, this person hid and would not speak to me. Terrible experience. I would not recommend this company to my family, friends or business network.

Within two days of our request for service, we had a repairman attend to our issue. He did a temporary fix. A permanent fix was performed a week later. I would recommend this door company to anyone. Really impressed!

Mike and Dylan arrived first thing this morning after I called Ram Doors late yesterday afternoon. With a broken garage door, I am unable to get my scooter out to do groceries, etc.

The installer left the rail crooked and a hole in the wall .Another technician came to install the motor, and never replace the sensors, claiming the old ones were fine, and took my old motor without permission. I had to call to get it back. Despite multiple emails and calls regarding the wall repair, I'm still waiting. I even declined their capping installation due to their poor communication.

Our existing wood double garage door needed weather stripping on bottom, sides and top. It was challenging because door was slightly sagging in the middle and lifting on outside corners. It was challenging because door was slightly sagging in the middle and lifting on outside corners. Staff provided great advice and quality parts and materials needed to address the problem. Everyone was very pleasant, and professional. Quality of Garaga parts and materials provided was far better than what I had seen in big box stores and Ram Doors prices were better too. An excellent experience!
