Use absolutely anyone else in the Ottawa area.

The pleasant and knowledgeable office staff made me feel confident they understood my needs, and directed my request to very competent and professional technicians.

Allan and I chatted for a few minutes and he got to work; he was done in 2 or 3 hours…I didn’t really pay attention because he was so quiet I didn’t even notice that he was out in the garage. He called out to say he was done, gave me a quick training session and we’re done. There wasn’t a spec of packaging left,

Tech arrived by time expected. Removed old garage door and hardware. Installed new garage door and hardware. All within 2.5 hours. No mess to clean up. Efficient, courteous. Installed earlier than initially projected.

I've called 4 times, waited 3.5 weeks and still haven't heard or been able to book an estimate with a sales rep. Totally unacceptable.
