This company sold me a very very good garaga insulated garage door. Dealing with this company was most enjoyable experience from the day of ordering to the day of installation.

After signing our agreement in November we still have doors that are not fully operational as per our agreement.
Many promised dates for work to be done have passed by and we were left to complete larger jobs. Tools were used and taken from our shop and have not been returned. And to top it off our invoice was dated 3 weeks earlier then when we actually received it via email and terms are to pay upon receipt....... even though the doors are not functional the way we agreed.

When our garage door failed due to the spring mechanism, Ram Doors came to the rescue the very next day with the needed repairs. Within an hour the door was up and performing as it should.

Long period for installation fromborder time ..almost 6 weeks.
We needed to contact several times to confirm the time and changes happened.we were following daily to confirm instalation.
