Fast and friendly
I had a broken spring and called RAM. They had a set rate to replace a spring so I agreed. They provided 2 visits. One to temporarily repair the spring until a new one comes in. One to temporarily repair the spring until a new one comes in. The second visit cam less than 2 weeks later with the new spring to be installed. They also repaired my attachment to the garage door opener since it was damaged when the spring broke. They also trimmed the tracks since they got embedded in my new concrete floor. All at no extra charge. I have no problem recommending RAM
