Jason showed up today to fix a couple of delamination bubbles in my garage door. He is knowledgeable, courteous and a master of his trade. Hang on to him. He's a keeper.

The order and install was good. A glass was cracked and it was repaired quickly. The issue we had was the flashing installed was damaged from day 1. The door installer took photos and said someone would be in touch to repair it because it was poorly installed. After 2 different people, multiple calls, texts, emails, nothing...The guy kept texting me saying he will be dropping by to take a look and never showed. They were very diligent about following up about the money owed. I guess we should not have paid them the full amount. Been almost 6 months and still no contact and the issue never resolved. Door is great and they were professional. After service is very poor and disappointing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Ram Garage Doors in Ottawa. Allen was incredibly helpful in finding the correct parts to repair my existing 20-year-old garage door. Based solely on my description and the manufacturer’s name, he identified exactly what I needed, including the correct dimensions, without even seeing a photo. It was quite remarkable. The prices were very reasonable, and contacting Ram Garage Doors was completely worthwhile. It saved me from trying to piece together a solution with parts from Home Depot or RONA. I highly recommend Allen and the team at Ram Garage Doors for their expertise, service, and val

Ram Overhead Doors is your friendly garage door professionals! Jackie was exceptional in helping us choose the perfect door. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, providing prompt communication, expert advice, and great attention to our needs. Delivery was right on schedule, and the installation with Derek was smooth and completed to perfection. Derek’s attention to detail was exceptional and truly went above and beyond. And we LOVE our new (quiet) garage doors!

Incredible work from start to finish From Ram Doors & their team. First off, best price in the city, called 5 places and their prices are rock bottom. Gave me a quote over the phone & were able to come same day! Didn’t have exact pieces needed for my fix so they came back another day & Jason Marges (from Perth ;) ), came out. Legendary, kind & knowledgable guy. Worked incredibly fast, was done work on 2 doors in less than an hour. Look no further if you need garage door repairs or even installs. Give them a shout ASAP.

Excellent company, highly recommend. We had RAM replace multiple garage doors last years. They were on time, great quality and professionally installed. They stand by their warranty. The manufacturer had an issue where bubbles started appearing during the summer and RAM was great. They sorted it all out with the manufacturer and resolved the issue. One of the most professional companies we have worked with.

We had our garage door replaced by RAM doors in 2006. Some 20 years later I pulled out the invoice, dialled the number and bingo they are still in business!! Arrangements were made to have their tech stop by on his way into work. The repair job was very well done and it turned out that they did not need to replace everything that was estimated, saving me some $$.$$ . After the job was done I was given some helpful pointers. Thank you for your honesty and helpfulness.

The quick response time was amazing. Jason and Carl were great. Full transparency, think the end cost is about 10-15% over what I expected to pay. On the plus side, I’m hoping the work will provide me with a hassle-free garage door experience for a long time.
