The installer left the rail crooked and a hole in the wall .Another technician came to install the motor, and never replace the sensors, claiming the old ones were fine, and took my old motor without permission. I had to call to get it back. Despite multiple emails and calls regarding the wall repair, I'm still waiting. I even declined their capping installation due to their poor communication.

It was challenging because door was slightly sagging in the middle and lifting on outside corners. Staff provided great advice and quality parts and materials needed to address the problem. Everyone was very pleasant, and professional. Quality of Garaga parts and materials provided was far better than what I had seen in big box stores and Ram Doors prices were better too.
