Hello, my name is Barry. We had the chain fall off the garage door opener when it was about halfway closed. I simply loosened the chain slightly and put it back on the gear at the motor, and tightened the chain to the normal tension.
When I closed the garage, it kept going past closed and shared the gear off of the motor. What did I do wrong? Thank you!
