• Did they offer a solution that balanced design or style with function and durability?
• Did they offer you access to a design center that let you test different styles on a photo of your actual property?
• Did they propose at least three different options that each met your budget, needs and style?
• Were any quotations given? If so, were they highly detailed and specific?
